Before the session
Each session begins with an intake form where you lay out your idea, blocker, and intention for the session. This gives me enough upfront context to ensure we can make the most of our time together.
During the session
All sessions are currently held over Zoom. To kick things off I’ll ask questions based on your intake answers and we’ll free flow from there. I’ll roll up my sleeves and get into the sandbox with you – bringing new ideas and illuminating possibilities.
I provide an opt-in transcript of the session, which allows you to focus on the conversation instead of taking notes.
After the session
You’ll walk away with new perspectives, confidence in your abilities, and hopefully some relief with a new path to move things forward. Many have said they continue to have new ideas emerge over the days following the session.

Your Guide
I’m a personal and professional Coach and facilitator. I help individuals identify their superpowers and feel more aligned so they can show up more fully in the world. I do this by using one of my superpowers – seeing possibilities where there seemingly weren’t. I illuminate hidden barriers and find the interconnections and see beneath the surface to help you get unblocked.
While it’s easier to call myself a ‘coach’, I see myself as more of a guide; I’m part teacher, part mentor, and thought partner. I have a natural tendency to cheerlead the hell out of people… and am grateful that I was able to turn that into a job :)
I aim to have my clients leave a session further ahead than they were when they came in. Like the view broadened in our time together and you can see possibilities where there previously weren’t. Feeling aligned with their best self... that’s my intention and wish for every human.
